WHERE:  Farm of Julie Heinsman , Dawsonville, GA

TIME:      9:30 A.M.

We are going to pick up the pace of horse and rider training and try to accomplish several tasks during the course of this training day.

Our agenda is as follows:

9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.:  Horse/rider  training and drills

12:00:                            Break for Lunch

12:30 to ????                Horse training and games

  • Bring your NGMSAR Member Book with your current coggins
  • You will need to sign a liability release for the farm
  • Bring your lunch and your drinks
  • Be saddled and ready to ride by 9:30 a.m.

For future training programs, we would like to know if you have a problem that needs to be worked on, or if there is something you would like to see addressed at one of our training programs.  Your feedback is important and we will progress faster as a unit if we all work together and strive for unity.

We hope to increase the frequency of our horse/rider training programs and look forward to any suggestions you may have.  training@ngmsar.org

Directions:

From Dawsonville:  Take Hwy 53 west into Pickens county.  Turn left onto Fox Run Court…it will be a gravel road next to a small pond and there are some “for sale” signs there.   If you get to the Chevron, you went too far!
My place is the driveway by the 4-rail fence.

From Canton/Jasper:  Take Hwy 53 east.  Go past Yellow Creek and Steve Tate.    After passing the big church on the right, watch for Fox Run Court.  It will be on your right and there are “for sale” signs.  It will come up on you quick.  If you get to Dawson county, you went too far.  Turn right onto
Fox Run and my drive is next to the 4-rail fence on the left.

Call if you have any problems finding it.
